This lazy lying lump of poo ceo maggit erude learned in marani 1.0 that selling stock was way more profitable and a lot less work than actually building her company.
In mrib 2.0 she simply magnified her lying , her deceit , and her disdain for her shareholders, and the public in general. She realized the SEC is all but missing in action in the OTC and that even when they actually do something, its always after the fact and a pathetic ineffective slap on the wrist.
