Which as of right now, is the most believable truth. The "request" or "require" was exactly that. A demand for x amount of shares. To provide, r/s, shift those B's, and move on.
Lets hope thats not the case, but act as if it is, because lets face it: thats how it works in otc land.
Sorry, I should have said any other reason than it is to convert more shares. That reason is evident, but none of the other concepts seem to make sense if it wasn't to get the A/S above being maxed out.
