Federal employees work interesting hours. I myself usually work 7 days a week during the holiday season. Often 12 hour days. I realize that I work for the Postal Service, not the FAA, and some will not like the comparison. The fact is though, that we do what is needed to get the job done. I'm sure the FAA has it's own priorities and will do what is necessary, when they have crossed all of the T's and Dotted all of the i's......
I never expected Baltia to be certified this year given the delay they are currently facing. I don't think it would be too bit of a problematic with the FAA inspectors working with Baltia on the proving flights for domestic flights. Resources may be scarce, but not impossible.
I see it very likely and always have that certification can be ready to be presented to Balita in the early months of 2016.
