Unfortunately with the holidays around the corner there is little hope (best case scenario) for Baltia to get certificated this year.
A lot of the FAA inspectors take time off during the holidays, it is nearly impossible to gather all the necessary personnel until after the new year.
With the gear change and proving runs on the way to certification, I can't see it happening before spring 2016 at best.
