So PYCT announces more massive dilution - ouch

Of course the B preferred are not tradable. They first will need to be converted to common and then dumped on the market.

Unfortunately, PYCT does not have enough shares authorized for the conversions to common.

They will either need a reverse split (keep share authorization at 29 billion shares) or may need to raise the share authorization to 50 billion or so shares.
