Sorry I beg to differ with you there raggedy, APPS are relatively inexpensive to build 20-50 Thousand would be efficient for a GPS tracking system with government mandates incorporated into them, IMO it would behoove Wayne to go full speed. JMO >>>
You quoted the scenario of these scams exactly. I believe there must be a school where the technique is taught because they are all the same, APPZ is not different.
The "take over" is actually the funniest to me... if I have heard it once I have heard it a million times ...never happens, not from the ones I have seen claim it is going to happen and APPZ WILL NOT BE DIFFERENT.
Actually what I have seen is after the "take over" talk.. a R/S does follow.. of course some preferred shares were issued that were mostly immune from the R/S.
