A lot of scam companies do this, especially in the pinks. Issue a ton of shares, RS, issue tons of shares again.

Rinse and repeat.

They also say "well we will be taken over" when in reality it will never happen. They just want to maintain controlling interest so that shareholders have no say.

I highly doubt a takeover would happen since there is no drone or any major product anyone wants. Everything here can be done by someone else. The only patented product is not being utilized and to be used for drones is not possible.
