Perhaps this is just what it seems, Mantra so close to insolvency and nothing significant to show for the last several years. Not being able to deliver on its own promises. Putting out an abysmal 10Q/10K which shows NIL cash on hand. Little to no revenue. Researchers leaving.

I mean really.. is it his all a surprise?

Its the OTC. This is how management gets out before things collapse.
