Last news on Germany was in June 2015...MAXD PR about the permanent injunction fee paid.

This complication was started in August 2015...MAXD never PR about this to the public yet (both US and Germany)...It was in the PACER system...How would you guarantee that google didn't argue the same in Germany court? Do you have proof that they didn't!!!??? I believe this is what they will use to argue in the court on Dec 8, 2015!!! This is a surprise, very good, and solid move by google legal team!
