Dr.Bill, I don't mind dividend shares getting delayed. They are going to be restricted any way. I would rather see the financials and acceptance of buy out offer. Personally, all I need to see before July 1st is the press release from the company saying where they are and when it will be done. I will be even more happy if they put out one token filing at least. My expectations are rather low at this moment and I believe the current stock price clearly reflect the same. I see a steady climb in the stock once the financials are seen and we may peak around the buy out annoucement. Just my thoughts.
