here's a deal, if they don't give you those shares will you admit that I might be right? That maybe I've seen this before, and maybe I know WTF I'm talking about?

Because, although this is my opinion, there is no way in hell that that dividend is going to occur. Don't you think BBB with all his inside scoop and cell phone of the CEO and everything, would be here crowing about "just another day the phoenix will rise from the ashes" or some such BS?

The SEC hasn't, as far as I'm aware, even declared those shares effective yet.
