I really wish Kraig would hurry up before everybody has a product out before us. Beyond tired of waiting.

So now they throw in a couple of other spider silk producers and we are supposed to think it isn't paid for by BT VC's. Absent mention of Spiber? Whats up with that? Spiber didn't lose their sample and get no mention? Looks like BT has placed their heads in the sand.

I wonder if KBLB paid to have ITMA nominate them for 3 categories. Nope. Leaders get legit press. BT will get theirs, but not today. Still getting some brand marketing out there though. Win, lose, or no show, ITMA it is still valuable press.

"Bolt expects its spinning process to yield spider silk yarn at a price of less than $100 per kg"

thats quite a bit less than the $100,000 per kg that kim reiterated recently...

but then kim already knew his number was pure bs...

what was he hoping to gain with such outlandish nonsense...

what an idiot...just helps to make him look even more foolish...

as if the help was needed..

Too bad BT isn't public. They do a good job of marketing themselves and if they get to market first, I've no doubt they'll do a great job branding themselves.

Even if Kraig wins the race to the market, I could see Kim blowing it with marketing and letting BT or someone else steal his thunder and become "the" spider silk co.

There's room for more than one company but branding will mean everything.

I don't want KBLB to be just another facial tissue or first aid adhesive strip. I want KBLB to be Band-Aid or Kleenex.

(Point being that no one knows the names of the other guys)
