If this is so prestigious award why don't they send someone over? This would be two years now they were up for an award and they are so busy they can't make it there? I don't buy that crap. They are on wait mode. Go over and win something. That would be great press. It's not like Kim is writing a bunch of PRs or something. And Vietnam can wait one day while someone accepts the award. It would be make Kim not so ingenious.
