Thanks for digging this up. Yes, it is probably 20 years unless the Menadione patent expires first. Need a legal expert to decipher this!

6.8 Termination. Any liability of Parent and its successors and or assigns with respect to, and the obligation to pay, any Milestone Amounts, other than the Regulatory Milestone, or any directly related payments pursuant to this Agreement shall be terminated and of no force or effect upon the date that is 20 years after the date of this Agreement. Any liability of Parent and its successors and or assigns with respect to, and the obligation to pay, the Regulatory Milestone Amount or any directly related payments pursuant to this Agreement, shall be terminated and of no force or effect upon the expiration of the Menadione Patent Rights.
