Hard to believe that 2.5M people in US (or any number even close to that) use wood as their sole or primary source of heat. (Maybe 2.5M people have wood stoves, but that's a different story.)

Lots of telephone poles and electric line poles too. I see those being recycled when uprooted prior to burying underground lines.
