"purpose"

"anticipate"

"prospective"

(MRFC patent = correct)

"purpose"

"anticipate"

"launched"

Not saying it is the Mantra "plan" but this one phrase can easily be used and given the lack of results for the past 3-5 years - seems to be the more accurate.
