Very interesting... how did come up with this conclusion ( if Despins gets his way, I think the answer will be zero)?

If you remember, Boroff was very favorable to EC. If he made his decision against it, then he must of saw something that comforted him.

Anyway, I believe that shareholders will survive (it's out of questions).

Now, how much value will be left in GTAT after emerging from Chapter 11.

Management never comes up with a bonus plan in stocks. This is the key. They wanted the cash and got rejected by the Judge. In my opinion, they are not wise at all.
