Simple, money, The IFUS CEO has a duty to collect maximum damages from the boot brothers in dollars from the court judgement or settlement first, then let the law put them in jail. Civil case is much easier to win, and then let the feds use the case facts to nail the boot brothers with criminal charges. One thing at a time, real justice will be served up on this con game. IFUs and IFUS longs will be the only winners
