The target assets were the $32B that Wells Fargo bought from GE. GE has been selling financial assets in tranches. WMIH missed this deal but there may be another tranche they are working. Wells announced the acquisition from GE the day after WMIH filed the 8K. May be a coincidence but may be not. IMO
