I haven't followed SKBI at all, but… For some insights into what may happen next, you might look at MILL. They were recently delisted from the NYSE. First, the NYSE, which had run out of patience, announced a suspension. MILL scrambled to cut a deal with OTCMarkets to ensure that the stock would continue trading without interruption. I didn't even know that was possible.

But trade it did, though it hadn't yet officially been delisted. A few months later, MILL was officially delisted, and is now Pink Limited Info. And in bankruptcy. The new ticker is, of course, MILLQ.
