You'll need another CEO to achieve that and I'm sure you know this!! The actual one is good to spend money and sell properties, never developed one.... Could it be a good thing that Chinese shareholders hold that huge amount of shares?? But they would need to act quickly in case there's a deal coming to prevent another quick cash burning....
