That's funny..2013 to 2015 and milestones haven't been set yet. That's a going broke strategy.

Uhh NEAH came out later and announced that the deal with Ion was cancelled due to lack of funds...then they spent a boatload of money/stock to buy Tekion assets. this was a direction shift as happens after a NEAH failure...like the DRDO after the Buzzbar failure and the Shorai after the DRDO failure, and Tectonica/i-robot/Cleantech after the Shorai Failure...

As Queen's "another one bites the dust" plays in the background.
