I believe Galena's PR made the deal seem like it was at a premium and it wasn't until their filing came out that the other shares were revealed...not 100% sure but I remember something like that. Clearly this is not what is happening with NWBO as all their filings match their PRs. Woodford has repeatedly bought at a premium and Gale was financed by Lincoln Park, a notorious desperation financing vulture firm who could even be part of the "wolf pack."
