Lexey, I don't think its because he doesn't care, I think he is more focused on other things like trying to grow his business and he only feels he needs to put out an update only if he has something significant to say. However, even the PR's in September are very high level, now he needs to provide the lower level clarity of how they plan to execute with these newly developed partnerships going forward. They have been talking for months, just give us a taste of whats to come.

If people sold becuase of lack of PR's and lost money - they need to take responsibility for thier decision. If they would have held they would be in the black today. Just like if some sold today becuase no PR hit the wires- it is each persons decision to hold or sell for whatever reason. I remember an OTC stock a while back that released a PR a day for like 30days straight. Turned out the stock was a scam and it was shut down by the SEC.
