risk, just read your post on AAPL now, after posting my current thoughts.
given all the manip over the past couple weeks,
i wouldn't be surprised if this AAPL dip into the close is a headfake
designed to shake shares so the casino can load cheaper.
that said, as posted earlier,
21.6% of AAPL's revenue last qtr was China sales.
and this qtr AAPL took a 6% hit on those sales due to China yuan deval
(lowering the sales value in USD of all existing inventory manufactured for Chinese markets before the yuan deval).
also, Chinese data indicates Chinese consumer spending dropped since summer,
which could increase the hit to AAPL's China sales.
but maybe the iwatches and iphones have been flying off the shelves in US & EU markets the last three months to make up for lower China revenue?
