Always assume the worse with sub penny stocks. I base by valuation on the 2.2B shares. I doubt they are all outstanding already, but you can bet your ass they will be at some point.
Currently a 1.1M market cap right now IMO
I still believe this stock should be 3M+ market cap.
The float and outstanding can't go up yet... The increase in authorized maybe used for future notes but they would be atleast a year from now before they get converted and put into the float
