I can dispute it. In the FAA's policy, they have to submit all test to the HQ for review. SO in this case, Mini 1 - 7 is being submitted as one package.

Your suggestion of adding another mini-evac will only make it worse. The local FAA will then have to submit Mini 1 - 8 for review...and they will find the SAME thing, and go through the SAME thing they are reviewing right now.

So, it will NEVER bring the resolution quicker, and will NOT be the better path.

3 mini's or 3000 mini's, doesn't matter if they don't give us an answer with them.
