Except for the little fact that when they had the opportunity to showcase this aspect of their fuel cell with Ion they flubbed and that was after the following was announced by NEAH.

The mutually exclusive, paid development contract with Ion Geophysical Corporation was previously announced in a Form 8-k filed with the SEC on Jan 29 2013. This contract is for the development of a fuel cell based underwater application, in lieu of lithium – ion batteries and other power sources."
What happened with this paid development contract ?? silence after this announcement it just turned to vapor.
Until NEAH gets paid either for a produced product or a license fee they will continue to spiral as they have for the last few years, no more piggybacking on Fuel Cell industry momentum, too may people got bit by PLUG, FCELL, DNRG, MVTG and of course our own NEAH.
