Well, according to STAN, so that they can buy unrestricted shares with the money!! LOL!!

It is safer to not allow much credence into anything at all that comes outa this watered down scam.

They have found a new way to do skinning..instead of running old fashioned P&D..they can skim off the money and not share much of anything with the peasants. Legal, too..salary and bonus, not tae mention consultation fees.
