Sand, you didn't miss anything, there was either a reporting error made somewhere, or marketing and R&D are in disagreement about when/how they define "new signature".

Marketing usually jumps-the-gun. R&D won't consider something new until it is fully documented and "ready-for-use".

Obviously, CDEx is squeezing out every bit of PR that they can get their hands on during this critical period.

What I don't understand is if CDEX needs more PP money, why are insiders dumping and driving the PPS down to record lows?

Are they lacking confidence?
