This is a good news for financing as it allows DR M to negotiate with strength.

The only downside is the commitment shares issued to LP - approx 270,000 -@ $8 - it comes to $2.16 million

After Nov 7th - he could have gone with secondary issue and got say 100-150 million and financing cost may have been lower.
