How the hell could Gary F Kimmons have made over $700,000 dollars in the last year without REVENUE?

1. ESCU, (formerly EDWY) is, indeed, FOR REAL. What we are looking at just may be a bonified RISING STAR. It will be fun to watch and see just how bright that star may shine.

They still to have the Form S-1 accepted and this company needs to prove to the Market that it is real with products that make money. Or will they just simply become a reseller and not even make their products.... ? ;)

2. This is a looming OPPORTUNITY no one anticipated (except, perhaps, Gary Kimmons), and for that we should be thankful.

Nope, this S-1 clearly states formerly eDoorways. The same people are involved....uh how many name changes has this ticker gone through? WOW

5. The alleged MISDEEDS OF THE PAST, I'm a talking about KIMMONS, have been proven by the AUDIT and S1 to be MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING. With no desire to trivialize the issue, it's now easy to see that Kimmons has taken a great deal of MIS-DIRECTED CRITICISM and ABUSE. There's ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in the new filings that points to illegal or inappropriate action or ill-gotten financial reward.

Hasn't Gary gotten rich off of selling discounted shares for decades now without generating Revenue?

How come Gary F Kimmons not speak about this himself? What is he afraid of?

It's abundantly clear that a POSITIVE OUTCOME is there for ALL OF US if we so desire.

So did Gary and his son make off like fat cats without having to do anything?

I wonder if the SEC and the Market will accept this repackaged eDoorways?
