Rose, you are wrong about the price action of SPPI. SPPI is 13.5% off its 2015 high and 22.5% above its 2015 low based on yesterday's closing price. It drops 4% vs 25% drop for XBI (biotech index) since end of july. It outperforms the sector by a wide margin and still get a CRL. Why do think that's the case?
