If you upgrade a computer to W10 all your favorites remain just as they were.

If you are using Internet Explorer and later on you buy a new W10 computer and if you use a Microsoft PW all of your Favorites will show up on the new W10 which has Internet Explorer. I know that because I just bought a new W10 and all my favorites showed up on the new computer.

If you use the Microsoft Onedrive all of your saved Documents and Pictures can be accessed on the new computer.
