So what you have done is pulled info out of the 10Q that was filed prior to the company achieving profitability, obviously they have already passed that milestone so this section of the 10Q is now irrelevant....

What happened? Did you snoozed the time? That news is very old. They already achieved positive cash flow, operating profits and close to being debt free.

Kindly show the board the SECTION that quote came from and you have your answer my friend. It doesnt take a brain surgeon to figure out why that and EVERY other company coming out of the financial situation we were in MUST put that there. But then again you already knew that.....

Have you read a 10q besides ours that exact same wording is used in a lot of them. Future 10qs will say different.
