What does all this revenue matter if their business model isn't profitable?

From 10Q:

Historically, the Company has had operating losses, negative cash flows, and working capital deficiencies. Whether, and when, the Company can attain profitability and positive cash flows from operations is uncertain. Also, the Company is uncertain as to whether it can obtain financing to execute growth objectives.

How would they become profitable? The company doesn't even know.

Their cost of sales is too much. And they can't seem to meet expansion objectives which may help them with filling more orders in bulk, alleviating cost of sales impact, but... They said it themselves.
