Almost a zero percent chance the Senate would mess with a bill that was passed by MP's in the House of Commons imo. It almost never happens and the last time it did there was great backlash especially since Harper asked them to reject it. The Senate is under intense scrutiny and may even be abolished. If they rejected a bill passed by MP's that had overwhelming public support there would be anarchy.

As far as I know The Climate Change Accountability Act was the last bill rejected by Senate but passed by MP's in 2010 was only the second bill passed by MP's in the House that was rejected by Senators since the 1960's!
