Nrdc92,
I started to write this reply with the idea that all on the message board are people, behind the aliases, and that we should all strive to listen to and respect each other's opinions. I do that for the most part. I also try to offer unbiased, objective opinions, of my own. Opinions that try to explore different variables and points of view, as I'm not presumptuous enough to think I know the answers.

As I read some of your past posts, my attitude changed.

You, and all, certainly have a right to vent. Constructive pros and cons are what we need. Blanket, pissed off ravings, do none of us any good.

I've been here 3 1/2 years. You, I believe have been here 7 1/2 years, not 10, so if you're going to give us your LWLG investor resume, get it straight.

Both of us invested in a developmental stage company. We are hoping for a large payoff but should be prepared for a partial or full loss. You're correct, that it's very aggravating that we haven't made the type of progress that we are happy with yet but I'm interested in this working out and I'm interested in hearing constructive opinions, good or bad. Did you think this was a linear thing? Hire this guy...build this lab...spin this material...sell this device...make billions on this date...

I have more respect for the bashers that sell all and say what a lousy company it is than the one's that say what a lousy company it is but hold onto their shares. You can't sell for fear of reading the news one morning and realizing you let it go.

From my 3 1/2 years here...I think we have a 50 percent shot at winning this...35 percent at something in the middle and 15 percent going down the tubes. If you feel we've little shot at this, why wouldn't you exit and at least salvage something?

I will continue to read all posts here, as I invite the insight, pro or con, and understand that not one thing ever mentioned on this message board has ever done anything to the pps.

Hopefully one day we'll all meet and be very, very happy.

If you think that I am not human and sometimes do not feel frustrated you are wrong; I know for sure that even Tom Z sometimes get frustrated when things do not move as he wants. My understanding is that they are now very happy with the latest progress.

My optimism is Always a counter action against all the negativity so this message board stays a little bit in balance. I have no other motives than that I want this company to succeed. I am an activist shareholder and do a lot of dd which makes me understand the company a little bit better; There are hundreds of shareholders in Europe now because I introduced them to LWLG.Some newsletters regularly report on LWLG and at least one US TOP analist is following LWLG waiting to get in when things are validated. Until I went for the first time to the ASM in May last year I only had a confused idea of what the company was actually targetting; The 2 visits to Boulder opened my eyes. I not only met directors and management that I have great confidence in ; Thecdirectors I met spoke with high respect about Tom.
I now know that while in the past they were shooting in all directions hoping that one of them would be a hit , I know that they now have a well defined plan that they are focussing their limited resources on.
So it is a pity that people are always complaining here about previous broken promises and that no progress has been made. That is simply not true. We have made a lot of progress and are slowly but surely progressing.
About the PPS- I call myself a start up specialist as I am into a lot of projects; Not one of them is valued at the correct value because all of them are still uncertain for one or another reason.And because of this uncertainty and lack of liquidity , they are greatly undervalued until as many point out here there is external validation. I agree that this is key .So pitcooks's repetitive remark that this company is nothing until there is external validation is imo correct. But if that happens by a wellknown name What do you think may happen to the PPS;

I could go on and on...I am happy to be in contact with some loyal shareholders with whom I have regularly contact. And we believe there is still risk but we also believe this risk has greatly diminished . The big frustration for all of us remains that we do not know WHEN it will happen.

It is a pity that I cannot meet with some of you as it would be an interesting conversation.

NR I feel you, I don’t keep track of who said what on every post but apparently you aren’t a broken record a gazillion times or haven’t said anything that I consider that stupid or out of line because you are not on ignore on my list. As for earning the right to complain, proly best to just vote with your feet and hit the road that is the best way, But, You cannot look back, or doubt yourself everyday like some other insecure folks. Whining will not change this Quantum Physics next Generation chess game we are playing.

Yesterday was a good day, bought a few at a decent number and it closed up. It is hard to buy this without pushing it up, IMO that is a good sign.

I still cannot understand why anyone would invest money in something and then complain and moan constantly it just sounds like an F’d up life style to me.

X keeping the faith.
