UHC's own PBM is OPTUM Rx. ESRX is a separate company and has nothing to do with UNH.

Can you check ES's 2016 formulary? Should be out by now, Oct 15 started open enrollment for all insurance, not just Medicare, AFAIK - maybe if stingy Kaiser has finally seen the light, maybe ES has too?
