Thank you Denny, Eddie, Beta, for your information. This is probably the second time since 2009 that I really feel defeated, but being on this message board with outstanding individual input really helps. It just sucks to see your investment that you believe so strongly in go from $2 down to $.38 again. To you all, a sincere thank you, and it does help when you see others with so much more knowledge still feeling that we have not lost, but as always patience is the key word with Syncora........GLTA.....Hose

Mr. Holty,

SYCRF acquired no...I ageee, because NOL would be lost, but as a novice BK investor, a company with profits could reverse merger into SYCRF and take advantage of the 3 billion nol.

Not sure about IRS rule on this, but I think this is one of the ways not to blow the change in ownership rule 382.

Start writing new business? That is a pipe dream. How do you suppose that is going to happen in say the next ten years? NOLs aren't worth squat if you can never use them. They should spin off some operating assets (toll roads) and sell the rest to AGO. I see $5 of value. Maybe AGO will do a stock deal - get upside that way.
