PR said nothing about a trademark!!! It didnt say trademark anywhere.

Hendrix brother won a landmark court case and has the rights to use his JIMI'S NAME, LIKENESS, ARTWORK, AND SONG TITLES.

Leon Hendrix has partnered with LaRoda. LaRoda is now partnered with GRCU.

Therefore they HAVE THE RIGHTS T USE HIS NAME, LIKENESS, ARTWORK, AND SONG TITLES.

The PR is a true and factual statement.
