The PR was a pathetic attempt to pump GRCU today - another Ross press release that was filled with false and misleading statements.

Once again, there isn't a trademark for Jimi Hendrix Icon Beverages - the trademark was filed a month ago - it hasn't been assigned a examiner.

From the USPTO status page: "Status: New application will be assigned to an examining attorney approximately 3 months after filing date."

Ross is attempting to repump GRCU - after his miserable failure at pumping NGCG.
