That is in the NOTES, not the FINANCIALS part of the audit!!!

It it a not from 2009 that says, "The aggregate compensation to be paid..." but as the financials section shows NO ONE GOT PAID 360K a year!!!

Even if someone could get paid that much so what? According to the certified auditor the financials are clean.

But, it's in the audit, so how can that be?
