Yes there seem to conversion going on hence the presence of VNDM sitting on the ask and hiding shares (showing 1 million). IMO when he moves this will move up a few ticks.
In terms of the A/S I haven't yet been able to verify the current A/S as on otcbb.com it still shows 900m. I just sent the TA an email relative to the share structure. Where did you find that 4B figure?
