Never once said anything about FDAs classifications. These change all the time. Ive even posted, you dont see the same classifications today as day one of the FDA, these always change. These will never see FDA OTC clearance as a viable product that HEALS. Ive been very clear on the heals, to pain relief bit. See BIEL should never have filed to heal, and youd already be on shelves competing with the Dr Scholls, Icyhot, goldbond pain relief products out there, and every other for MARKET SHARE.
Guys FDA OTC clearance only means you can fight for market share in the US. Its not ever going to be BIEL against Big Pharma, its going to be BIEL against every single of the hundreds of pain relievers out there that are not pills, indigestible anything. Ive read on here, these stop the deadly digesting part. Um so does 100s of other products. The healing piece will never see clearance. FDA knows it, but BIEL wont change it.
