$ ICNB. Yes and everyone that trades Pennies has Level2 IMO and can see who is on the Bid and Ask and anyone posting a Dilution alert and does nothing but post Negative has another Agenda JMO. I can not see any long doing such a thing unless they have sold and trying to Bid Wack to get back in IMO. $ ICNB
