Yes, Gary helped ESCU finish the Audit so they can file S-1 and other reports! Isn't it great that ESCU

No management team spends between $50 - $100K on the Audit and S-1 without being 100% sure they have a business plan that is going to be successful. I believe they are doing all these because they exactly know what they are doing and where they are headed. No one spend between 50K and100K for Audit and S-1 without any PR or any Promotion if they are not sure of their work!
