Yes, so silly to suggest anything has been withheld when it is filed in SEC filings in a reasonable period of time... It's not required to file an 8K for every little baseless lawsuit that is filed, or every little contract ammendment... Just think about all the companies that are allowed to operate filing NOTHING AT ALL!
