nope... actually the suit was noted in the 10K filed 04/15 and suit was filed 03/11...34 days... facts only please... very common to announce suits and settlements inside of sec filings... happens avery day...

Similarly, theyve held material information, such as a multi hundred million dollar lawsuit filed by TPS, for 45 days from the public
