generally, it's a loser's play
Are there exceptions? you bet.
cheap options waaaay OTM will go ballistic if the stock moves HUGE in your direction. I've seen it happen and it can sure clean up a lot of losers if you have some size.
Playing for prem build is the smart money imho. Others here might have a better answer for you
